This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not registering the crime in pursuance to the petitioners complaint dated 11.04.2018, as illegal and arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner Cr.No.118/2018 was registered on 01.05.2018 under Sections 406, 420 IPC.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
