This Writ Petition is filed assailing the inaction of the respondent No.4 in proceeding with the investigation by registering FIR basing on the complaint of the petitioner dated 12.07.2019, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 4 produced written instructions dated 03.09.2019 stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner dated 12.07.2019, a case in Crime No.120/2019 under Sections 447, 427, 504 r/w 34 IPC of Vemulapally Police Station was registered on 03.09.2019.

Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for respondents 1 to 4, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
