No representation for the sole petitioner/Accused. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh on behalf of respondent No.1 would represent that Calender Case No.318 of 2014 on the file of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada, Krishna District, was disposed of on 15.03.2016, which ended in acquittal, and, therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous at the stage of admission itself.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, stand closed.
