The counsel for petitioners has submitted a letter dt.03.03.2016 to the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, stating that the petitioners intend to withdraw the Writ Petition.

2. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

3. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
