THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.1687 OF 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in Crime No.211 of 2015 on the file of Sathuapally Police Station, Khammam District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the Police already filed charge sheet in the said case and registered as P.R.C.No.13 of 2016 before the Magistrate and prayed to dismiss the petition.

Recording the said submission, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
