Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of habeas corpus directing respondent Nos.3 to 5 to produce one Mohammed Zaker, S/o. Mohd. Jaffer ("the alleged detenu") before this Court and set him free. At the hearing, Smt. B. Mohana Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the alleged detenu was produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate and also released on bail and hence the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
