This writ petition is filed to declare the Proceedings No.2102/OP/2006 dated 28.03.2007, issued by the 1st respondent imposing the punishment of Censure, as confirmed by the order of the 3rd respondent vide Proceedings No.2102/OP/2006 dated 08.08.2007, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard Sri J. Narender, advocate representing Sri Jalli Kanakaiah, learned counsel for the petitioner; and the learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 and 3-Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University. 3.
It is submitted by both the learned counsel that the petitioneremployee has retired from service and has also got all the retirement benefits and hence no orders are necessary in this writ petition. 4.
