Martha Yadagiri v. The State Of Telangana,

2018-06-04S.V.Bhatt3 pages

HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.17300 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Sri K.Jagadishwar Reddy for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader (Revenue) for respondents.

Basing on the request made by the petitioner, the issue was taken up for correction or updation of entries in the record of right and notice dated 05.01.2016 is issued.

The operative portion of the notice reads thus :- " ..... All persons interested or effected are hereby required to show cause on or before 04.02.2016 (date to be specified not being earlier than days from the service/ publication of the notice) as to why the amendment should not be carried out.

All persons interested or affected are also required to appear before the undersigned on 19.02.2016 at 11.00 a.m. in connection with the enquiry proposed to be held in respect of the above matter."

The grievance of petitioner is that till date, the 2nd respondent has not completed enquiry and passed final orders. I have perused the record and I am satisfied the writ petition can be disposed of by this order.

(a) The petitioner is given liberty to submit a copy of this order and also notice dated 05.01.2016 to 2nd respondent within four weeks from today.

(b) The 2nd respondent completes enquiry and passes final orders on notice dated 05.01.2016 as expeditiously as possible preferably within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. _____________ S. V. BHATT, J Date: 04-06-2018 Prv
