THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.27043 of 2009 ORDER:

No representation for petitioner as well as respondents. The petitioner prays for Mandamus directing respondents to issue work order to petitioner for the period from 01-12-2009 to 3011-2010. The petitioner filed W.P.M.P.No.35221 of 2009 for the following relief:- "...... to direct the respondents to dispose of the representation Dt. 28-8-2009 of petitioner Sangham viz., M/s. Netaji Yuvajana Sangham, K.Kothapadu Village and Mandal, Visakhapatnam District and to continue outsourcing work till final orders passed by respondents pending disposal of the above writ petition....." On 14-12-2009 this Court directed respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 28-08-2009 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order.

The 2nd respondent filed counter affidavit and contended that the petitioner is not having valid licence etc., and inter alia it is further stated that the representation dated 28-08-2009 is considered and disposed of in Rc.No.E/DCHS/AKP/09 dated 31-01-2010.

It appears that in view of communication dated 31-01-2010 the writ prayer is substantially worked out.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for default. There shall

be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
