THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.16045 of 2005 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner was absent on 23.03.2015 and 10.04.2015. However, on 02.04.2015 and 17.04.2015, a request was made for adjournments. Today also, a request is made in the morning for adjournment and the same was refused and the case is passed over to afternoon. In the afternoon, when the case is called, none appeared for the petitioner.

2. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
