Earlier also there was no representation for petitioner on 08.09.2011 and 09.09.2011.
The relief claimed in the writ petition is that the respondent should be directed to consider the case of the petitioner for the post of Accounts Officer (Class II) in the organisation of the respondent. This writ petition is of the year 2000 and we are in September 2011 and more than ten years have elapsed and it is seen that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting this matter.
