The respondent-decree holder is served. There is no representation for the respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner-defendant-judgment debtor submitted that pursuant to the interim order, dated 02.05.2018, of 50% of the decretal amount to be paid within four weeks, the same was complied with and the balance to be payable in three equal monthly instalments and ready to comply.

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.

By making the interim order dated 02.05.2018 absolute, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. However, it is made clear that if at all the order is not complied with, the executing Court can proceed, without further reference to this Court, by issuing the arrest warrant pursuant to the order for arrest to recover the amount. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed.
