Heard Mr.S.Surender Reddy for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. The 4th respondent through communication No.C/736/2017 dated 04.12.2017 forwarded report to 3rd respondent concerning Sy.No.223 in an extent of Ac.2-06 gts at Ponnari Village, Thamsi Mandal, Adilabad District.

According to petitioner, the 3rd respondent ought to have looked into the report and taken a decision as is warranted. The continued inaction is resulting in uncertainty as well as filing writ petitions. I have perused the record and taken note of the limited submissions made by the counsel appearing for the parties. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of by this order: The petitioner is given liberty to submit representation along with the copy of this order within four (04) weeks from today and the 3rd respondent considers passing orders within twelve (12) weeks

thereafter, in accordance with law, by giving opportunity to parties who claim rival interest.

Writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
