The Court made the following:
ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "For the reasons mentioned above, it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue the appropriate writ, order or directions preferably, a writ of mandamus declaration of action of respondents 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 in not implementing the orders in G.O.Ms.No.923, dated 01.08.1986 and approval layout 6704/MP2/HUDA/ 84, dated 15.10.1988, and consequently kindly be pass the orders directing the respondents 11, 12 and 13 not to alienate the park places and nursery school places, market yard place, playground place and green belt place in Sy.No.348, 349, 350, 351, 352 part, 357 part, 358 part, admeasuring Ac.52.00 Guntas, situated at Abestos Hills Colony, Kukatpally, Hyderabad - 37, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Indian Constitution, and to pass such other order or orders as deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case."
As the petitioner has failed to implead the statutory authorities, such as HMDA and GHMC, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, WPMP.Nos.1983 & 1984 of 2016 filed by the petitioner for interim reliefs are disposed of as infructuous.
