Counsel for the petitioners has filed a letter dt.12.04.2017 before the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad For the State of Telangana and for the State of Andhra Pradesh stating that he has been instructed by his clients to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file fresh Writ Petition in the event of situation warrants. This request is also reiterated in the Court. 2.

Granting liberty as sought, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
