This Writ Petition is filed challenging Memorandum dated 16.10.2009, wherein the petitioner was asked to submit his explanation. 2.

Counsel appearing for the petitioner contended that at the time of admission on 29.04.2010 this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant interim suspension of the said memo.

By virtue of the said interim direction, the petitioner is being continued in service. If the petitioner is continued in service, he should not be disturbed without following due process of law.
