THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM COMPANY APPLICATION No.1152 OF 2016 ORDER:

This application is filed by the applicant seeking a direction to the Official Liquidator to unlock the room and remove the seals and handover the possession of the property situated at Deccan Chambers, 5th Floor, 6-3-366/B, Somajiguda, Hyderabad.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the Official Liquidator. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the Company Application is ordered directing the Official Liquidator to hand over the keys to the respondent who shall get the premises cleaned and make it presentable. However, the respondent shall also make a reasonable estimate which it is likely to be fetched. So far as fixing of the valuation is concerned, the same has already been ordered in a Company Application No.1697 of 2015 on 28.07.2016.
