THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.4033 OF 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners/A2 and A3 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.268 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Women Police Station, Detective Division, C.C.S., Hyderabad. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana. 3.

At the time of hearing, the only relief sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioners is to direct the Investigating Officer to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Investigating Officer is directed to complete the investigation within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
