ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.3 in interfering with the construction activity of the petitioner's society over property admeasuring 500 sq.yds., which is earmarked for Church, in survey No.283 of JNNURM colony, Abdhullapurmet Village, Hayatnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Mr.Raja Gopllavan Tayi, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter, dated 10.12.2015, to the Registry, wherein, he has stated that his client instructed him to withdraw the writ petition. Today, at the hearing, the learned counsel has reiterated the aforesaid request.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.38379 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
