THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.17219 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri A.Pandu Ranga Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondent-Municipal Corporation.

A perusal of the material available on record discloses that the petitioner herein, for redressal of his grievance, submitted a representation to the respondent-Municipal Corporation on 20.02.2018. According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, despite lapse of considerable length of time, no action has been taken on the said representation by the respondent-authorities. Having heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition, with a direction to the respondent-authorities to verify the representation, dated 20.02.

2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and pass appropriate Orders on the said representation, after giving notice to all the stakeholders, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
