It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in this writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court reported in Muramalla Padmavathi v. State of Andhra Pradesh, rep. by its Principal Secretary, Revenue Department, Hyderabad[1] and said submission is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
Heard Sri K.Sudhaker Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of judgment reported in Muramalla Padmavathi v. State of Andhra Pradesh, rep. by its Principal Secretary, Revenue Department, Hyderabad (supra), this writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 30.12.2015 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stands disposed of.
