This Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioner/ plaintiff challenging the Order in I.A No.955 of 2015 in O.S.No.159 of 2015 passed by the Principle Junior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri. The trial Court dismissed I.A.No.955 of in O.S.No.159 of 2015, which is filed under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 of CPC. In the said Petition, the petitioner sought temporary injunction, during pendency of the suit, restraining the respondents/ defendants from alienating the plaint schedule property to third parties till the disposal of the main suit. Learned counsel for the respondents placed on record a copy of the judgment in O.S.No.159 of 2015 dt. 07.04.2017. As per the judgment, the suit was dismissed for default. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this matter since the suit is dismissed for default. Consequently, the present petition is liable to be dismissed.
Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case, shall stand dismissed.
