THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CRIMINAL PETITION No.609 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioners, who are A-1 and A-2 filed the present application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking release in the event of their arrest in connection with Cr.No.322 of 2014 of V Town Police Station, Nellore, SPSR Nellore District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 406, 506 and 34 IPC.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh represented that the case has been referred as false as per proceedings No.C.937/GL-SDON(T)/2014,dated 31-12-2014 of the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Nellore.

In view of the said representation made by the learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
