HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.3173 of 2017 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/ accused to dispense with his personal appearance pending disposal of C.C.No.6 of 2012 on the file of the Principal Special Judge for C.B.I.Cases, Nampally, Hyderabad.

Heard both sides.

The personal appearance of the petitioner in C.C.No.6 of 2012 is dispensed with, subject to his appearance as and when required and, in particular, if any charges are framed, for answering the charges and if at all representing through advocate, for hearing on charges. This order holds good only till then, however, without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to file fresh application or separate application before the lower Court under Section 205 Cr.P.C. subsequently, if necessary. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
