THE HONOURABLE SMT. JUSTICE JUWAD! SRIDEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.7915 of 2024 RDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners-accused Nos.1 to 4 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.652 of 2023 pending on the file of the learned trial Court.

02. Heard Sri R.Thrishul, learned counsel appearing for Smt.P.Meenakshi, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Bhavaraju Sai Vikas, learned counsel for respondent No.2 and Sri M.Ramachandra Reddy, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent No. 1 -State.

Though this Criminal Petition is filed for quashing the proceedings, during the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners has restricted his prayer to the extent of seeking \ \ direction to the learned trial Court to dispose of CC as expeditiously as possible, as well as dispensing with the presence of the petitioners before the learned trial Court.

04. ln view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and considering the fact that the CC is of the year 2023, the learned trial Court is directed to dispose of C.C.No.652 of 2023, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within

a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. However, the appearance of the petitioners-accused Nos.1 to 4 before the learned trial Court is dispensed with, unless their presence is specifically required during the course of trial, subject to the condition of the petitioners-accused Nos.1 to 4 being represented by their learned counsel on every date of hearing. ln case of non-appeararrce of the petitioners-accused Nos.1 to 4 on the specific date so fixed by the learned trial Court for appearance, this Order gets vacated automatically.

05. With the above directions, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
