THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 16736 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief: " to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not fixing the rate of admission for the petitioner's theatre as per their application dated 16.04.2018, as illegal, null, void and arbitrary."

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the facts of the present case are akin to the facts covered by Writ Petition No. 44345 of 2017 and batch. He would also bring to the notice of this Court that in that batch of writ petitions, pending final disposal, an interim order was passed and hence, the petitioner in this case is also entitled to a similar order. Learned Government Pleader for Home (Andhra Pradesh) places on record a copy of the common interim order dated 03.01.2018 in Writ Petition No. 44345 of 2017 and batch. Having regard to the facts and submissions and for the reasons alike, this Writ Petition is disposed of on the same terms as were mentioned in the afore-stated common interim order, dated 03.01.2018.

Registry is directed to enclose a copy of the order dated 03.01.2018 in Writ Petition No. 44345 of 2017 and batch, to this order.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
