When the matter was posted on 01-06-2015, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Subsequently, on 01-07-2015 also, there was no representation and on 24-11-2015 also, when there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, this Court directed the matter to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today also, when the matter is called, none appears and there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. This indicates that the petitioner has no interest to prosecute the writ petition.

2. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
