Gannapureddi Ravinder Reddy v. The Government Of A.P. Rep. By Its Secretary
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.15236 of 2010 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing for the respondents. On 30.06.2010, while admitting the writ petition, the following interim direction was issued by this Court. "There shall be interim direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for extension of benefit of the relief package in Circular No.N.B.172/PCD-15/2016, dated 19.10.2006 issued by NABARD, without reference to the reschedulement of loans obtained by the petitioners. Notice."
I have perused the writ prayer and also the interim direction granted by this Court. I am of the view that the writ petition is filed complaining inaction in extending the benefits covered by Circular dated 19.10.2006 issued by respondent No.5.
Having regard to the interim direction, I am satisfied that the writ petition can be disposed of by making interim order as final order in the writ petition.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed. _____________ S.V. BHATT, J Date: 14.03.2016 pab
