Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would represent that on completion of investigation, the Investigating Officer filed charge sheet and the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kaikaluru, has taken cognizance in C.C.No.233 of 2015 and the same was ended in acquittal by the judgment, dated 28.12.2016, and, hence, the present petition has become infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous at admission stage.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
