ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order, dated 07.10.2014, in W.P.M.P.No.36512 of 2014 in W.P.No.29201 of 2014. After arguing the case, Sri B.Chinnappa Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court for withdrawal of the contempt case with liberty to his client to avail appropriate remedy for redressal of his grievance. The contempt case is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the

petitioner in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to dismissal of the contempt case, Application No.225 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
