When the matter is taken up for hearing, Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents had informed the Court that the petitioner has expired and no steps have been taken by the counsel for the petitioner to bring the legal heirs of the petitioner on record. Standing Counsel also informed that the counsel for the petitioner is also no more.

In view of the above submissions, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
