CRLP NO: 6620 OF 2O2O Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to consider the above facts, circumstances and also the case law in a sympathetic way and pass Orders for enlarging him on bail, in the event of his arrest in Crime No.480 of 2020, Dated 201t01202O of Khammam II Town Police Station on the file of the Court of learned I Addl. l.F.C.M., Khammam on such te,rms and conditions as deemed fit and proper by this Honourable Court, in the interest of justice. The petition coming on for hearing/ upon perusing the Petition and the grounds filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated 15.12.2020 made in Crl.P and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Shaik Madar Advocate for the Petitioner and of Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, the Court made the following OBDER Heard both sides.
In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 15.12.2020 in Crl.P.No.6620 of 202o, directing the petitioner/accused to appear before the Station House Officer, Khammam II Town Police Station, on everyday between 10.0O AM and 5.OO PM., till completion of investigation and filing of final report, is hereby modified directing the petitioner/accused to ippear before the said Station House Officer on 1"t and 3'd saturday of every month instead of everyday till completion of investigation and filing of final report. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
Accordingly, I.A., is ordered.
