THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION NO.10197 OF 2008 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not considering the application of the petitioners dated 28.01.2006, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard both sides.

This Court dismissed the writ petition for default against the 3rd respondent vide order dated 24.06.2011.

Since the petitioner is seeking direction for cancellation of the pattadar pass book and title deed issued in favour of the 3rd respondent, no relief can be granted to the petitioners, as the writ petition is dismissed for default against the 3rd respondent. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
