THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.19356 of 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioner prays that the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent in refusing to receive and register the petitioner's sale deed in respect of property in Sy.No.268/2, admeasuring Acs.4.39 guntas, situated at Kammeta Village and Gram Panchayat, Chevella mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and consequently direct the 1st respondent to receive and register the sale deed presented by the petitioner in favour of the 3rd parties relating to petitioner's sale deed in respect of property in Sy.No.268/2, admeasuring Acs.4.39 guntas, situated at Kammeta Village and Gram Panchayat, Chevella Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, without insisting No Objection Certificate from the respondents 2 to 5."

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order dated 25.08.2014 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.19069 of 2014. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue does not dispute the aforesaid submission.

CKR, J W.P.No.19356 of 2019 In those circumstances, following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms thereof.

Office to annex a copy of the order dated 25.08.2014 in Writ Petition No.19069 of 2014 to this order. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
