The present Writ Petition, under Article, 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:

"to issue Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare the inaction of the respondents herein in incorporating the name of the petitioner and his family members in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.25.07 Gts., in Sy.No.136 situated at Anmagal Village, Hayathnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, in spite of the visits followed by a written representation dated 29.08.2016 as being illegal, arbitrary, unilateral and unjust and consequently direct the respondents to incorporate the name of the petitioner and his family members in the revenue records in respect of the above said land in accordance with law."

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent, the District Collector, Ranga Reddy District at Lakdikapool, to consider the representation made by him. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if the said application filed by the petitioner is still pending consideration, the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the same. 4.

Having regard to the above submissions made and without going into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of

directing the 2nd respondent, the District Collector, Ranga Reddy District at Lakdikapool, to dispose of the representation dated 29.08.2016 made by the petitioner seeking corrections in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.25.07 Gts., in Sy.No.136 situated at Anmagal Village, Hayathnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, in accordance with law, after hearing all the aggrieved persons, including the petitioner herein, at the earliest. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _______________________ JUSTI CE C.
