THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 3189 of 2009 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed questioning the action of 1st respondent in not sending call letter to the petitioner to attend the interview scheduled to be held on 20.02.2009, as arbitrary and illegal.

This Court while admitting the writ petition on 18.02.2009 passed the following interim orders in WPMP No.4138 of 2009: "There shall be interim direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner to appear for the interview scheduled to be held on 20.02.2009 subject to the following conditions:

1) He must have made an application before the last date stipulated in the Notification for inviting applications.

2) He must have possessed the requisite qualifications and experience as stated in Clause 4 of the Notification for inviting applications.

Notice."

In the light of the above, the limited grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Nothing survives in the writ petition.
