Learned counsel for the petitioner was absent when the matter was called on 13.07.2015 and 27.07.2015. On 24.08.2015, when the matter was listed, he sought time to get instructions for withdrawal of the Civil Revision Petition. Today also when the matter is called, learned counsel for the petitioner is absent.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
