This petition is filed by the petitioner-accused seeking to modify the order dated 4.5.2016 passed by the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Wanaparthy, in Crl.M.P.No.1277 of 2016 in STC No.56 of 2016. Heard and perused the material available on record. While granting bail to the petitioner, the learned Magistrate directed him to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- with one surety for the like sum. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed this petition.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the above condition of execution of a bond for Rs.3 lakhs is modified as that of execution of bond for Rs.10,000/- with one surety for the like sum.
