THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.32664 OF 2012 ORDER:

The complaint in the Writ Petition is disengagement of the services of the petitioner as Security Guard in the 3rd respondent Committee on the ground of registration of Crime under Section 498-A I.P.C.

Heard and perused the record.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that by way of judgment dated 26.07.2011 in C.C.No.123 of 2011 the Principal Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial First Class Magistrate, Bhimavaram, acquitted the petitioner of the charges. It is also submitted that subsequently the wife of the petitioner submitted a representation on 21.09.2011, requesting for reinstatement of the petitioner herein. Today, during the course of hearing, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that pending Writ Petition, the petitioner herein submitted a representation dated 26.06.2014 to the 3rd respondent, requesting for his reinstatement into service and no action has been taken on the said representation.

Having regard to the nature of controversy and the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition with a direction to the 3rd respondent to take appropriate action on the representation dated 26.06.2014 within a time frame.

For the aforesaid reasons and without expressing any opinion on the entitlement of the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent to take appropriate action on the representation dated 26.06.2014 said to have been submitted by the petitioner and pass orders, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
