THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.19315 of 2019 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, petitioner asserts that he purchased land admeasuring Ac.1.06 guntas and Acs.2.34 guntas in Survey Nos.276/AA/2 and 276/AA/3 respectively, situated at Nacharam Village, Kosgi Mandal, Mahabubnagar District, under a registered sale deed dated 16.04.2018 and thereafter, on his application, vide proceedings dated 07.06.2018, his name was mutated in the revenue records. Now, his grievance is that though he approached the respondent authorities by way of necessary applications and also filed online application for issuance of e-pass books, the same is not being processed. Learned Government Pleader places before this Court instructions dated 04.09.2019 received from the second respondent - Tahsildar, Kosgi Town and Mandal, Mahabubnagar District.

Relevant portion thereof reads as under: "In this case, it is submitted that the purchaser has not in possession of the above land and the son of the seller of the land is in possession of the land. A case is pending in Hon'ble Jr. Civil Judge at Kodangal in O.S.No.58/2018. Further, it is submitted that the appeal case was filed by the Purchaser (M. Srikanth) before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Narayanpet. A endorsement has been issued to the applicant by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Narayanapet vide file No.A/756/2018 dated 20.09.

CKR, J W.P.No.19315 of 2019 as is evident from the suit in O.S.No.58/2018 pending at Hon'ble Civil Judge, Kodangal."

In view of the above and as the assertion of the petitioner is that as on date, he had not received any communication from the respondent authorities, the second respondent shall take a decision on the application of the petitioner and communicate the same to him through Registered Post with Acknowledgment Due. This entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of.
