The petitioner has not complied with the conditional order passed by this court on 21.8.2015. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

2. Hence, the civil revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the civil revision petition, shall stand closed.
