THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.NO.19341 OF 2019

O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that his application dated 29.04.2019 seeking for grant of permanent registration to run his nursing home under the name and style of 'Sri Sai Nursing Home' at Nizamapet village and mandal, Medak District, is pending with the 2nd respondent - District Medical and Health Officer, Medak District, and no orders are being passed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Medical and Health, submits that petitioner obtained temporary registration during the year 2013, which is valid only for ninety days, but he is seeking for permanent registration in the year 2019, i.e., after six years. He, therefore, seeks time for instructions. The petitioner in this writ petition is only seeking for a direction to consider his application dated 29.04.

2019 in accordance with law. Hence, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the application of the petitioner stated to have been made on 29.04.2019, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
