ORDER:- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

2. Petitioner seeks to question inclusion of his land in survey No.141 to 144 and 145/3 of Devarajugattu Revenue Village in Peddaraveedu Mandal of Prakasam District in the prohibitory list as an assigned land.

3. Though the information given to the petitioner under RTI Act is questioned, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the inclusion of his land in the prohibitory list, he has remedy under Section 22-A(iv) of the Act to approach the appropriate authority. Hence, with the liberty to the petitioner to avail such remedy, writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
