Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Sri Ancha Panduranga Rao, learned Standing Counsel. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, that, pursuant to the rejection order, passed against the respondent Nos.5 and 6 herein, the respondent-Guntur Municipal Corporation issued a notice bearing UC.No.6/2018, dated 11.04.2018, under Section 461 of the Hyderabad Municipal Act, 1955 r/w Sections 115 (1) and (2) and 116 (1) of the Andhra Pradesh Capital Development Authority Act, 2014, and that the respondent-Guntur Municipal Corporation will proceed further in accordance with law. The said statement is placed on record. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent-Guntur Municipal Corporation authorities to take action, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
