This criminal petition is filed for quash of the proceedings in CC.No.182 of 2009, against the petitioners, who are A4 and A10, on the file of the XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. The offences alleged are under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 6 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 2.

Heard the counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the second respondent. None appears for the first respondent.

The learned Public Prosecutor as well as the counsel for the petitioners submits that charge sheet has already been filed. In the light of the above, the criminal petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to file a discharge petition before the Court below raising all contentions as raised in this petition.
