The petitioner though comes to Court complaining inaction in considering and disposing of representation dated 24.10.2014, agrees to stand to the test of enquiry and verification of construction of petitioner of HIG H.No.66, KPHB Colony, Rangareddy District.

Having regard to the submissions made by counsel for petitioner, after perusing the material on record and also taking note of the details furnished by 6th respondent in the counter affidavit dated 13.04.2015, this Court is of the view that respondents 2 and 3 are directed to look into the complaint of petitioner made through representation dated 24.10.2014 and simultaneously enquire into the construction undertaken by petitioner at HIG H.No.66, and in the enquiry if it transpires that either the petitioner or the 6th respondent has deviated from sanctioned plan or undertaken construction without prior permission from the GHMC, the 2nd and the 3rd respondents are further directed to act in the matter in accordance with law and to conclude, it is observed, that uniformity of treatment is given to the petitioner and the 6th respondent.

The said exercise shall be completed within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ___________ S.V.BHATT, J Date: 29.08.
