Heard Mr. C.M.R. Ve1u, learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.

The instant civil revision petition has been Iiled by the petitioner assailing the order dated 24.O2.2O21 passed in I I I.A.No.13O of 2Ol9 in HMOP.No.69 of 2019 (renumbered as OP.No.lO29 of 2022) on the file of the learned Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the Trial of Jubilee Hills Car Bomb Blast-cum-XXIII .Additional Chief Judge-cum-lX Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad.

The ground of challenge to the impugned order is upon certain oral information that is available with the petitioner as regards the respondent herein, who is his wife, gainfully employed and earning more than Rs. 1 lakh per month. However, a perusal of the record would show that the petitioner has not been able to substantiate before this Court as to the fact that his total salary per month is Rs.64,135/-. But, neither there is any document nor any proof is available in the record to show the gainful employment of the respondent, more particularly, in respect of her income being Rs.1 lakh per month. In the absence of such information, it would

i be difficult for this Court to interfere with the order passed on 24.O2.2O21 by the Court below.

The Civil Revision Petition thus fails and is accordingly rejected. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
