HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1498 OF 2016 ORDER:

The present Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioner - respondent - defendant challenging the judgment dated 11.02.2016 in C.M.A. No.2 of 2014 passed by the learned IV Additional District Judge, Kakinada, confirming the order dated 02.08.2013 passed by the learned I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada, in I.A. No.1446 of 2012 in O.S. No.935 of 2012, whereby the petition filed by the respondents - petitioners - plaintiffs under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking to grant temporary injunction restraining the petitioner herein and his men from interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the plaint schedule property pending disposal of the suit, was allowed.

2. As per the material placed before this Court, during pendency of the present revision, the O.S. bearing No.935 of 2012 itself was decreed on 16.06.2017, on contest. Therefore, nothing remains to be adjudicated by this Court.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present revision, stand closed.
