WRIT PETITION No. 16872 of 2018 ORAL ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue and with their consent the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

Petitioner claims that in Family Settlement dated 2.5.2007 land to an extent of Ac.02.10 3⁄4 in Survey Nos. 170, 153, 168, 169, 200 and 201 in Laxmapur village, Shameerpet mandal, Ranga Reddy district was allotted to him and land to an extent of Ac.2.20 in Survey Nos. 195, 196, 171 and 172 in Laxmapur village, Shameerpet mandal, Ranga Reddy district was allotted to his brother-4th respondent. However, there are mistakes in the entries in revenue records. Petitioner claims to have submitted application dated 25.4.2017 before the Tahsildar-third respondent for correction of entries and alleging inaction in disposing of the same, this writ petition is filed.

Learned Government Pleader submits that for correction of entries in revenue records petitioner has to submit online application in prescribed form VI-A through State Government web portal but so far no such application is filed. On filing such application along with supporting documents, the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law.

Since petitioner has not submitted online application in prescribed form, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to submit online application along with supporting documents and on filing such application, the third respondent shall consider the entitlement of petitioner and dispose of the application in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity to any other person, who may have interest in the subject property and

by assigning reasons in support of the decision. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions stand disposed of.
