The present Criminal Petition is filed seeking the Court to set aside the order passed in Crl.P.No.5358 of 2017 in C.C.No.606 of 2015 dated 20.10.2017 on the file of the Court of Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Karimnagar, dated 20.10.2017, to the extent of imposing a condition to deposit the passport of the petitioner. 2.

No representation on petitioner's side on call. 3.

On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on written instructions, submits that the case ended in acquittal and thus, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
